  • Low temperatures: Wash clothes at 30°C or less to preserve fabrics and reduce energy consumption.
  • Gentle cycle: Use a gentle program to avoid stressing fibers and reduce the release of microplastics.
  • Dose detergent correctly: Too much detergent can leave residue on fabrics and damage them over time. Use the right amount for the type of wash.
  • Choose eco-friendly detergents: Opt for biodegradable products without harsh chemicals, preferably those specifically for delicate garments.

Drying: Natural is Better Than Tumble Drying

  • Avoid the tumble dryer when possible: Tumble dryers can shrink clothes and wear out fibers more quickly. If you must use one, choose the lowest temperature and a delicate cycle.
  • Air drying: Hang clothes to dry in the shade to prevent fading from direct sunlight.
  • Use hangers or dry flat: For more delicate items, drying them flat helps maintain their original shape.

Ho scoperto x caso rendi e mi ha subito incuriosito.....in effetti si spende tantissimo x vestire i bambini e poi dopo qualche mese ci si trova con armadio pieno. I capi confezionati per Campacavallo sarebbero dovuti arrivare a Settembre 26 invece li ho ricevuti a inizio Luglio, molto soddisfatta!
Magliette maniche corte e felpe ben fatte, buon cotone e taglie azzeccatissime!!! Cioè vestono in modo conforme al previsto.
Avete anche proposto la consegna in un punto di raccolta in caso non mi trovassi a casa nella fascia oraria proposta.

Ho provato il servizio di Rendi per acquistare indumenti estivi per i miei due figli. Complessivamente, la considero un'esperienza positiva e mi riservo di effettuare un nuovo acquisto per la stagione autunno/inverno. Alcuni pezzi sono risultati piccoli rispetto alla taglia per cui li ho acquistati, ma ho potuto fare il reso gratuitamente con riaccredito sul metodo di pagamento. La maggior parte dei capi era in linea con le mie aspettative, ovvero prodotti di qualità buona (anche se indicati come ottimi). Alcuni capi si sono distinti perchè effettivamente paragonabili al nuovo. Su pochissimi prodotti (3 o 4 al massimo) ho trovato delle macchie che sono venute via lavando il capo oppure piccoli difetti (buchi sui tessuti, elastici che avevano perso l'elasticità), che ho potuto sistemare senza troppa difficoltà.

What is Rendi?

Rendi is the easiest way to dress your children in quality, pre-selected clothes: buy at low prices, use them for as long as needed, and when they no longer fit, you can return them in a second for store credit.
How much can you save with Rendi?

You can save up to 90% compared to new (depending on the garment).
Are the clothes new or used?

Both: on Rendi you can find selected used items as well as new clothes (e.g. Name it and a neutral line perfect for everyday wear and school).

Each product clearly indicates whether it is new or used.
What condition are the used items in?

We only select garments in excellent or good condition.

If there's a minor flaw, we always disclose it on the product page: no surprises.
How do sizes work

For each product, you will find the clearest possible indications. We are also working on a unique size display system,
designed to work across all brands, to reduce doubts and purchasing errors.
How does credit work?

When you return an eligible item, you always receive 25% of what you paid as Rendi credit.
When is a garment eligible for cashback?

It's simple: cashback applies to all garments that can be re-circulated.

As a guide, use the "I would put them on my children again if they still fit" criterion.
Can all products be returned for store credit?

Yes, with two exceptions:

  • Underwear: is always new and cannot be returned
  • Shoes: cannot be returned

For all other items, you can return them and receive store credit to spend within our ecosystem.
What can I do if the size doesn't fit?

You have the right to a standard return within 14 days of delivery if the size or condition of the item is incorrectly stated on the website.
Is returns free?

Yes, if the error is ours (e.g., wrong item or a problem attributable to us): in this case, we will send you a prepaid label.
How do you submit a claim for credit?
  1. Go to your Customer Area and request cashback returns.
  2. We'll send you a pre-paid shipping label.
  3. Pack the items: you can use our reusable packaging or any suitable container you find at home.
  4. Drop them off at your nearest InPost point.

Once we receive it, we usually check it within 24 hours and immediately credit your account (sending you a notification).
How long does the order take to arrive?

Average 3 business days.
Can I also sell clothes that I didn't buy on Rendi?

Certainly, but the valuation is done ad hoc (it's not 25% of what you paid).
