How do we calculate your savings?
With Rendi you pay for every purchase using up to 25% Rendi Credit; with Rendi Plus you go up to 50%. From the Plus savings we subtract the cost of the subscription (2,50 € a month, 30 € a year).

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to stay 12 months?
Yes. Rendi Plus is a 12-month commitment at €2.50 per month, €30 in total. At the end it renews automatically for another 12 months, still at €2.50 per month, unless you cancel. We remind you by email 30 days before.
How do I cancel?
Whenever you like, from your personal area with «Annulla abbonamento», on WhatsApp or at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current 12 months: until then you keep paying the monthly instalments and using up to 50% of your credit. You see the end date straight away in your personal area. If you subscribed before 15 October 2026, after the first 12 months Rendi Plus renews every month and cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid (art. 9.11).
What if I change my mind straight away?
You have 14 days from activation to withdraw: from your personal area with «Recedi dal contratto qui», by email or on WhatsApp. We refund in full what you paid for the subscription.
Does Rendi Credit expire?
Yes: each credit expires 365 days after the date you received it, even with Rendi Plus. You can see your balance and expiry dates in your personal area.
Can I use it for school uniforms?
No. Partner collections (school uniforms and sports kits) are excluded from Rendi Credit, even with Rendi Plus.
What's the difference compared to the free account?
With the free account, you use up to 25% of your Rendi Credit on each order. With Rendi Plus, you get up to 50%, you have Shipping Plus (every order insured), and Help Plus (priority support on WhatsApp).
How is Return Credit generated?
Resell on Rendi the clothes your children no longer wear: their value becomes Rendi Credit, which you spend on your next purchases.
