1. Introduction

Welcome to Rendi! These Terms of Service govern the use of the rendi.it website and the services offered. By accessing or using our site, the user agrees to be bound by the conditions set out herein. We invite you to read them carefully.

2. Purchases and Cashback

By making a purchase on Rendi, the user has the right to return the products to obtain a cashback credit, as detailed in our Returns and Cashback Policy.

The credit obtained may be used to cover part of the value of a subsequent order on the site. The percentages are set by Rendi depending on seasonality and customer characteristics and may vary from 25% to 50%.

In any case, this does not prejudice the rights of withdrawal provided for by the applicable law (see point 4).

3. Processing of Personal Data

Rendi processes the personal data of users in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian data protection legislation.

The information collected is used exclusively to provide the services requested, manage orders and — subject to consent — for promotional communications.

4. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code), the user has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receipt of the products, without having to provide any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must send any form of communication to Rendi at the following contacts: tel. 3513202931, address: via Pascoli 3, 20129 Milan, email: [email protected].

The products must be returned intact, undamaged, and preferably in the original packaging.

In addition to legal rights, Rendi offers a voluntary extension of the return period in the form of cashback, subject to the conditions set out.

5. Registration and User Account

To access certain services, account creation may be required. Rendi guarantees the protection of the data associated with the account in compliance with applicable regulations. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for the safekeeping of access credentials.

The user may request the deletion of their account at any time by writing to [email protected]. The procedure, response times and the data we are required to retain for legal obligations (in particular tax and accounting records) are described on the Account deletion page. If the account was created via login with Google, Facebook or Apple, deleting the Rendi profile does not automatically revoke the authorisation granted to those providers: the steps to revoke it are listed on the same page.

6. Use of Products and Extended Return Conditions

The products purchased must be used with care. Garments returned under the cashback programme must be in good condition, except where special conditions apply through temporary promotions.

Returned products are selected, inspected and, if necessary, refurbished, in compliance with a circular and sustainable consumption model.

7. Conformity Warranty Clause for New and Used Garments

All new garments sold on our site are covered by the legal conformity warranty provided for by the Italian Consumer Code, with a duration of 24 months from the date of delivery.

Used garments sold on our site are also covered by the legal conformity warranty with a duration of 12 months from the date of delivery.

Each used garment corresponds to the description provided by the seller: the consumer purchases it in the condition in which it is, aware that any defects or signs of wear derive from previous use.

Notwithstanding the above, Rendi sells used garments in good condition, free from evident signs of wear such as tears, holes or discolouration that are not typical of the garment.

The warranty covers conformity defects not attributable to normal wear or previous use. Therefore, defects covered by warranty are only those other than the normal wear of the Product or not deriving from its normal use, taking into account previous use time.

In the event of non-conformity, the consumer will be entitled to obtain the restoration of the products' conformity at no cost, by repair or replacement, or to obtain an appropriate price reduction or termination of the contract relating to the disputed goods and the consequent return of the price.

The consumer is aware that used goods are unique items that cannot be replaced with identical ones. Therefore, should the consumer opt for the remedy of garment replacement, they may choose a different item from the one purchased that is to their liking and has a similar economic value to the non-conforming one.

How to report a defect

For both types of product, the report of any defects can be made on our site www.rendi.it attaching proof of purchase and a detailed description of the problem encountered.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rendi will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from improper use of the site or of the products purchased, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Nothing in these terms limits the rights of consumers provided for by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on rendi.it — including texts, graphics, logos, images and design — is protected by copyright and remains the exclusive property of Aliquo Technologies SRL or its licensors. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution or use of the content is prohibited.

10. Changes to the Terms of Service

Rendi reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time for reasons that may derive from legislative changes, business model changes or the pursuit of improving the model's sustainability, both from an environmental and economic point of view. Changes will be effective from the date of publication on the site and in such case the customer may formally withdraw from the service without penalty.

11. Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by Italian law. For any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these terms, the consumer's court of jurisdiction will be competent, as provided for by the Italian Consumer Code.
