From invitation to credit, in four steps

No complicated sign-up and no queue at the office: everything goes through the link you get from your organization.

    Your school or club sends you a link by email: it's your access to Rendi.

  2. 2. Sign in

    You'll find your organization's items, at the prices agreed with it. No surprises.

  3. 3. Order the kit

    Choose sizes and quantities, add name and number where included, and get everything delivered to your home.

  4. 4. Send back and get credit

    When the clothes no longer fit, send them back to us: 25% of what you paid comes back as Rendi Credit.

Answers to the most common questions from families who buy through a partner.

Why can't I find my school's or club's page?

Partner pages aren't in the menu: they open from the link or QR code your organization sends to families. If you haven't received it, ask the school office or your contact person.

How do I get the invitation?

By email or QR code, directly from the school, club or summer camp. The link takes you to the page with the items and the agreed prices.

What can I do if the size isn't right?

You can return it within 14 days of delivery if the size or condition shown on the site was wrong.

What happens when the clothes no longer fit?

You send them back to Rendi: request the return from your account, get a prepaid label and drop the parcel off at the nearest InPost point. 25% of what you paid comes back as credit to use on your next order.

My school isn't a partner: what can I do?

Talk to your organization's contact person: they can find out about the service and get in touch with us from the page for organizations.
