FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Common doubts before starting

What is Rendicredit? How does it work?

It is a euro credit that is assigned to your user account.

When you send us the clothes your children no longer use, we check them one by one and evaluate them based on brand, condition, and type of garment.

The resulting value is credited in euros to your profile as Rendi Credit.
From that moment on, it's yours and you'll find it there, ready to use.

It is not money you can withdraw or transfer, but it is real money you can use as a discount on your future purchases within the Rendi ecosystem.

You use it directly when you pay on our website: it is automatically applied to your cart and discounts your order by up to 25% (or up to 50% if you have Rendi Plus). Of course, you are not obliged to spend it all at once. You can also use it on multiple orders until it runs out.

Is Credit Rendi real money?

It's a credit in euros that is allocated to your user account.

However, please note, it's not money you can withdraw or transfer, but it is real money that you can use as a discount on your future purchases within the Rendi ecosystem. You use it directly when you pay on our website; it is automatically applied to your cart and discounts your order by up to 25% (or up to 50% if you have Rendi Plus).

Do you accept all types of clothing?

No; We do not accept underwear, shoes, and accessories, nor overly damaged or unusable items. We also do not accept very low-cost brands such as Primark, Shein, Terranova, Piazza Italia, Pepco, and Lupilu. Everything else, if in good condition, we will consider, even if used.

Do you accept all brands?

We accept most brands, provided the garments are in good condition. Exceptions are very low-cost brands, which we do not deal with: Primark, Shein, Terranova, Piazza Italia, Pepco, and Lupilu.

What happens if a boss is not good?

If you fill out the form correctly and the clothes are in good condition, we will evaluate all of them.
We only exclude items that are too damaged or unusable, those that you would no longer put on your child.

We will not send these back to you, so you won't end up with clothes at home that you would have thrown away anyway. We dispose of them responsibly, sending them for textile recycling when possible, to avoid waste.

Can I send clothes all year round or only during certain seasons?

Sure! You can send them whenever you want. The collection doesn't depend on seasons; we accept clothes all year round and from all seasons.

How are suits (tracksuit, set) counted?

Outfits such as jumpsuits and sets count as two garments.

Is there a minimum number of garments to send?

Yes, the minimum is 10 items. Below this threshold, we cannot activate the pickup service.

Do I need to take pictures or describe each item of clothing?

No, no photos. Just fill out the form with some general information about the items and you'll immediately receive an estimate of your credit.

Do you only have second-hand clothes?

Our core is quality second-hand: selected items, individually checked and ready for a second life. But on rendi.it you will also find new items, including brands such as Name It, Joma and Vesti, as well as our neutral line designed for everyday use and school. Every product always indicates whether it is new or used, so you know exactly what you are buying.

How does the cycle work?

It's a simple loop that repeats over time: you buy clothes on rendi.it at reduced prices, your children wear them until they no longer fit, when they outgrow them you send them back to Rendi via InPost and receive Rendi Credit, and you use that credit to discount your next purchase. And so it starts again, spending a little less each time.

What is Rendi Plus? How do I subscribe?

It's a subscription that allows you to use your Rendi Credit to discount your cart by up to 50% instead of the standard 25%, and over time it makes a real difference to how much you spend. You can activate it anytime from this page rendi.it/products/diventa-un-cliente-premium. It costs only €2.50/month for a minimum period of 12 months.
