When you send us the items that your children no longer use, we check them one by one and evaluate them based on brand, condition and type of item.

The resulting value is credited in euros to your profile in the form of Return Credit. From that moment it is yours and you find it there, ready to use.

It is not money that you can withdraw or transfer, but it is real money that you can use as a discount on your future purchases within the Rendi ecosystem.

You use it directly when you pay on our site: it is automatically applied to your cart and discounts your order by up to a maximum of 25% (or up to 50% if you have Rendi Plus). Obviously you are not obliged to spend it all at once.

Certain! The first estimate comes from the data you enter in the form: type of item, condition and brand.

When the package arrives with us, a real person checks each item and confirms the value. In 98% of cases what you receive is exactly the amount you saw estimated.

For the estimate to be precise, the only thing that is needed is that it reflects what is actually in the package. If you indicate the real conditions of the garments and the right brands, what you see estimated is what you receive.

If, however, the evaluation starts from overly optimistic information, for example garments indicated as new but in reality very used, the value will be adjusted upon inspection and could be lower.

No penalty: simply, the more faithful the form is to reality, the fewer surprises you will have when crediting.

Within 24 hours of receiving the package your Rendi Credit is credited to your profile, ready to spend. We will notify you via email as soon as it is available.

From the moment you receive it on your profile, it remains available for one year: within that date you can spend it as you want, even on multiple orders.

If you fill out the form correctly and the items are in good condition, we will evaluate them all. Only items that are too damaged or unusable are left out, those that you wouldn't give back to your child.

We don't send these back to you, so you don't end up with items at home that you would have thrown away anyway. We dispose of them responsibly, sending them for textile recycling when possible, so as not to waste anything.

It's simple and free, in three steps:

Prepare the package: put the items in a box or a sturdy bag, whatever you have at home is fine.

Print the label we send you via email and stick it on the package. If you don't have a printer, you can print it at a copy shop or newsstand.

Absolutely yes! You don't pay anything. Sending your items to Rendi is completely free: we cover the shipping.

Yes. On the form summary page you will find the Start Over button: just click and redo the form from scratch with the right data. Alternatively, you can start a new request. Choose as you like.

You can send them whenever you want. The collection does not depend on the seasons: we accept items all year round and from all seasons.

It's a subscription that allows you to use Return Credit to discount your cart by up to 50% instead of the standard 25%, and over time it makes a real difference to how much you spend.
