How shipping works
Shipping is always free: we pay for it. Drop your parcel at one of over 8,000 InPost points and lockers in Italy, open in the evening and at weekends too.
What can I use as a box?
Any sturdy, well-sealed packaging works:
- A cardboard box, even a reused one (an Amazon box, for example).
- A sturdy bag, like a bin liner, well sealed with tape.
- A large shipping envelope, if you're sending just a few items.
Maximum InPost locker size: 41 × 38 × 64 cm.
How the credit works
When we receive your parcel we check the items and confirm your credit by email: in 92% of cases it matches the estimate.
You can use it on every order up to 25% of the total (or 50% with Rendi Plus). It's valid for 12 months.
Collection and credit terms
Before you send, we want to be sure two things are clear, so you can relax 🧡
- Very budget brands: Shein, Primark, Pepco and similar
- Shoes and accessories
- Underwear, such as briefs and socks
When you send us your clothes you get Rendi Credit:
- It's credit, with real value in Euro, added to your account
- You can't withdraw or transfer it, but you use it to pay for your orders on our shop.
- You can use it for up to 25% of every order (or up to 50% with Rendi Plus).
