How can we track sales?

Rendi shares a quarterly report with the club detailing all products sold.

What shipping methods are available? 

Delivery via Mondial Relay for France or by express courier are our default methods. We can also arrange with the club to organise an on-site delivery. In this case, however, the club will still be responsible for distribution, which is why we always recommend the first two options for a hassle-free management. 

What are the delivery times? 

We usually deliver customized products within 15 working days.

What should I do if a product is faulty?

No worries! Rendi will replace defective items at its own expense.
