How can we track sales? 

Rendi provides the establishment with a quarterly report detailing all products sold.

Which delivery methods are available?  

Delivery via Mondial Relay for France or by express courier are our default methods. We can also arrange with the club to organize on-site delivery. In this case, however, the club will still be responsible for distribution, which is why we always recommend the first two options for a hassle-free management.

What are the delivery times?  

We usually deliver customized products within 15 business days.

What should I do if a product is faulty?  

No need to worry! Rendi will replace any defective items at their own expense.
