For us, clothes always have value, which is why we do not operate on the principle of donations. Through our buyback approach, we are committed to giving every item a second life and extending its use for as long as possible.

How does it work?

To reduce waste and encourage reuse, we offer cashback on all returned items.

The cashback amount is always equal to 25% of the purchase price.

Cashback is immediately usable and valid for 12 months. It can cover up to 50% of the cart for Plus customers, and up to 25% of the cart for all other customers.

Returning second-hand clothes. How does it work?

With Rendi, returning your used clothes is simple and free. Just drop them off at a Mondial Relay pick-up point and shipping is completely free.

How do we process the garments?

Our garments are always professionally washed and disinfected using the most advanced cleaning technologies.

If necessary, items are also repaired by our technical teams to ensure a longer lifespan and excellent condition. 

All repaired items are identified with a note in their description on our official website.
