Products included in the supply of sports uniforms:
The Supplier offers a complete sportswear kit, including T-shirts, sweatshirts, pants, jacket, rain jacket, bag, and socks. Customers can choose the number and type of items. Items are selected in May and delivered by the end of August.
Choosing the size of the uniforms:
Starting in April, a sample size will be available. Parents will be able to try on the uniforms at the sports club on agreed-upon dates.
How to purchase uniforms:
Purchases are made online through Aliquo's e-commerce platform, in an area dedicated to the team, with prices and conditions agreed upon with the sports club.
Delivery options available:
- Pickup at the Aliquo store in Milan (Via Pascoli 3) – free
- Delivery to the sports facility (free on agreed days, paid at other times)
- Home delivery with the Supplier's normal shipping rates
Exchanging a purchased uniform:
This is not possible because these are customized products and the sizes have been tried on in advance.
Gestione dell’abbigliamento a fine stagione:
At the end of the season, each parent can return the uniform to access refurbished clothing offers for the following year. From the second year onwards, the Supplier will handle repairs, reconditioning, and replacements to ensure the items are always in top condition.
Offer price:
Dipende dalla tipologia di kit ordinato dalla squadra. Sulle divise rimesse a nuovo garantiamo uno sconto pari a circa 40%. Per esempio:
- Primo anno: 200€ IVA inclusa per ogni iscritto
- Dal secondo anno: 130€ per chi restituisce la divisa in buone condizioni e riceve una divisa usata
Se non ci sono abbastanza divise usate disponibili, Aliquo fornirà una divisa nuova allo stesso prezzo scontato.
What happens in case of loss or irreparable damage to the uniform:
È possibile acquistare nuovi capi a prezzi agevolati, come riportato nell’allegato del contratto.

In the event of early termination, a penalty equal to 50% of the cost of the remaining services will be applied, taking into account the number of members and the rate of uniform reuse.
