Products included in the supply of sports uniforms:
The Supplier offers a complete sportswear kit, including T-shirts, sweatshirts, pants, jacket, rain jacket, bag, and socks. Customers can choose the number and type of items. Items are selected in May and delivered by the end of August.
Choosing the size of the uniforms:
Starting in April, a sample size will be available. Parents will be able to try on the uniforms at the sports club on agreed-upon dates.
How to purchase uniforms:
Purchases are made online through Rendi's e-commerce platform, in a dedicated team area, with prices and conditions agreed upon with the sports club.
Delivery options available:
- Delivery to the sports facility (free on agreed-upon days, paid at other times)
- Home delivery at the Supplier's standard shipping rates
Exchanging a purchased uniform:
This is not possible because these are customized products and the sizes have been tried on in advance.
End-of-season clothing management:
At the end of the season, each parent can return the uniform to access refurbished clothing offers for the following year. From the second year onwards, the Supplier will handle repairs, reconditioning, and replacements to ensure the items are always in top condition.
Offer price:
It depends on the type of kit ordered by the team. We guarantee a discount of approximately 40% on refurbished uniforms. For example:
- First year: €200 including VAT per registrant
- From the second year onwards: €130 for those who return a uniform in good condition and receive a used uniform
If not enough used uniforms are available, Rendi will provide a new uniform at the same discounted price.
What happens in case of loss or irreparable damage to the uniform:
New garments can be purchased at discounted prices, as stated in the contract annex.
What happens if the team decides to terminate the contract before the three years are up:
In the event of early termination, a penalty equal to 50% of the cost of the remaining services will be applied, taking into account the number of members and the rate of uniform reuse.
Sustainability Report:
Each year, Rendi will provide the team with a report on the environmental impact of the supply, in line with its commitment to sustainability.
