Why do we do it?

For us, clothes always have value, which is why we don't want donations! Thanks to our repurchase commitment, you are guaranteed that we will do our utmost to make each garment last as long as possible.

How does it work?

To reduce waste and encourage reuse, we offer cashback on all garments delivered that are returned.

The cashback value is always 25% of the purchase price.

The cashback can be used immediately and is valid for 12 months. It can cover up to 50% of the shopping cart for Prime customers, and up to 25% of the shopping cart for all other customers.

Returning clothes. How do I do it?

At Rendi, we make returning clothes easy!

A courier picks them up on demand, or they can be dropped off at an InPost locker.

How do we treat clothes?

Our garments are always washed and sanitized using the most advanced cleaning technologies by external professionals.

If necessary, garments are also repaired by our tailors to ensure their longevity, keeping them always in excellent condition.

All repaired products are marked with a label in the description, so you can easily check the condition of each item we manage.

Do you also pick up clothes I didn't buy from Rendi?

Rendi also collects clothes not purchased on the platform!
