Why do we do it?

For us, clothes always have value, which is why we don't want donations! Thanks to our commitment to repurchase, you have the guarantee that we will do our utmost to make every garment last as long as possible.

How does it work?

To reduce waste and encourage reuse, we offer cashback on all returned garments that have been delivered.

The cashback value is always 25% of the purchase price.

The cashback can be used immediately and is valid for 12 months. It can cover up to 50% of the cart for Prime customers, and up to 25% of the cart for all other customers.

Returning clothes. How do I do it?

At Rendi we make returning clothes simple!

A courier will collect them upon request, or they can be dropped off at an InPost locker.

How do we treat clothes?

Our clothes are always washed and sanitised by external professionals using the most advanced cleaning technologies. 

If necessary, garments are also repaired by our tailors to ensure their longevity, keeping them always in excellent condition.

All repaired products are marked with a label in the description, so you can easily check the condition of each item we handle.

Do you also pick up clothes that I didn't buy from Rendi?

Rendi also collects clothes not purchased on the platform!
