Yes, the annual plan has a minimum duration of 12 months at €2.50 per month.
How do I cancel?
Write to us from the Help Plus channel on WhatsApp or from your account area. After the first 12 months, you can cancel the renewal whenever you want, at no additional cost.
Does the Credit Yield expire?
No. Your Rendi Credit remains available as long as your account is active, and with Rendi Plus you can use twice as much on each order.
Can I use it for school uniforms?
Yes. The Rendy Credit is valid across the entire catalog, including school uniforms, for up to 50% of the order with Plus.
What's the difference compared to the free account?
With the free account, you use up to 25% of your Rendi Credit on each order. With Rendi Plus, you get up to 50%, you have Shipping Plus (every order insured), and Help Plus (priority support on WhatsApp).
How is Return Credit generated?
Resell on Rendi the clothes your children no longer wear: their value becomes Rendi Credit, which you spend on your next purchases.
