  • Use hangers or dry flat: For more delicate items, drying them flat helps maintain their original shape.

How do sizes work

Is returns free?

Yes, if the error is ours (e.g., wrong item or a problem attributable to us): in this case, we will send you a prepaid label.
How do you submit a claim for credit?

  2. We'll send you a pre-paid shipping label.
  3. Pack the items: you can use our reusable packaging or any suitable container you find at home.
  4. Drop them off at your nearest InPost point.
