What is Rendi?
Rendi is the easiest way to dress your children in carefully selected quality clothes: buy at low prices, use for as long as needed and, when they no longer fit, you can return them in a second for store credit.
How much can you save with Rendi?
You can save up to 90% compared to new (depending on the garment).
Are the clothes new or used?
Both: on Rendi you can find selected second-hand items and also new clothes (e.g. Name it and a neutral line perfect for everyday wear and for school).
Each product clearly indicates whether it is new or used.
In what condition are the used clothes?
We only select items in excellent or good condition.
If there's a small flaw, we always disclose it on the product page: no surprises.
How do sizes work
For each product, you will find the clearest possible indications. We are also working on a unique sizing display system,
designed to work across all brands, to reduce doubts and purchasing errors
How does credit work?
When you return an eligible item, you always receive 25% of what you paid in Return credit.
When is an item eligible for cashback?
It's simple: cashback applies to all garments that can re-enter circulation.
As a criterion, you can use "I would put them back on my children if the size still fit".
Can all products be returned for credit?
Yes, with two exceptions:
- Underwear: it's always new and doesn't come out
withdrawn - Shoes: we don't take them back
For everything else, you can return and receive credit to spend in our ecosystem.

You have a standard return policy within 14 days of delivery if the size or condition is incorrectly indicated on the website.
Is the return free?
Yes, if the error is ours (for example, the wrong item or a problem attributable to us): in this case, we will send you a pre-paid label.
Come si rende un capo per ottenere credito?
- Go to your Customer Area and request a cashback return
- We will send you a prepaid shipping label.
- Pack your clothes: you can use our reusable packaging or any suitable container you find at home.
- Deliver to the nearest InPost point
Once it arrives, we usually check it within 24 hours and immediately add the credit (notifying you).
How long does the order take to arrive?
On average 3 working days.
Can I sell clothes I didn't buy on Rendi?
Certainly, but the valuation is done ad hoc (it's not 25% of what you paid).
