It's very easy.
When the garments no longer fit, but are still in good condition, simply activate the return procedure within your account to receive 25% of what you spent on the purchase.

The cashback is issued as store credit to be spent on our website.
Delivery

We always work to keep your waiting time to a minimum. You can choose between the following delivery methods:

- InPost Locker pickup. The most convenient option for everyone, for only €3.90. Shipping is free for orders over €50.

- Home delivery. But you must be present and it costs €6.90. Shipping is free for orders over €50.

Shipping Times

Refurbished garments are available in stock and shipping takes approximately 4 working days.

New garments may also be available from our suppliers and delivery times range from 4 working days to a maximum of 7 working days.

Washing

Here are some practical tips to help Rendi customers wash and care for their garments sustainably, reducing wear and tear and prolonging their life:

Smart Washing: Less Waste, Longer Lasting

  • Wash only when necessary: If a garment isn't visibly dirty, try refreshing it outdoors or with a burst of steam.
  • Low temperatures: Wash clothes at 30°C or less to preserve fabrics and reduce energy consumption.
  • Gentle cycle: Use a delicate program to avoid stressing fibers and reduce microplastic release.
  • Measure detergent carefully: Too much detergent can leave residue on fabrics and damage them over time. Use the right amount for the type of wash.
  • Choose eco-friendly detergents: Opt for biodegradable products without harsh chemicals, preferably those specifically for delicate garments.

Drying: Natural is Better Than a Dryer

  • Avoid the dryer when possible: The dryer can shrink garments and wear out fibers more quickly. If you must use it, choose the lowest temperature and delicate cycle.
  • Air dry: Hang clothes in the shade to prevent fading from direct sunlight.
  • Use hangers or dry flat: For more delicate garments, drying them flat helps maintain their original shape.

Small Steps, Big Impact

  • Avoid fabric softener: It can leave residues that ruin fabric breathability and pollute the environment.
  • Turn clothes inside out: This reduces friction on exposed surfaces and preserves colors and prints.
  • Use a laundry bag: To protect more delicate fabrics and reduce microplastic release.

Rendi is the easiest way to dress your children in quality, pre-selected clothing: buy at low prices, use for as long as needed, and when they no longer fit, you can return them in a second for store credit.
How much can you save with Rendi?

You can save up to 90% compared to new (depending on the item).
Are the clothes new or used?

Both: on Rendi you'll find selected second-hand items and also new clothes (e.g. Name it and a
neutral line perfect for everyday wear and school).

Each product clearly indicates whether it is new or used.
In what condition are the used clothes?

We select only items in excellent or good condition.

If there is a minor flaw, we always state it on the product page: no surprises.
How do sizes work

For each product, you will find the clearest possible information. We are also working on a unique sizing system,
designed to work across all brands, to reduce doubts and purchasing
errors
How does credit work?

When you return an eligible item, you always receive 25% of what you paid in Rendi credit.
When is an item eligible for cashback?

It's simple: cashback applies to all garments that can be re-circulated.

As a criterion, you can use "I would put them on my children again if the size still fit."
Can all products be returned for store credit?

Yes, with two exceptions:

  • Underwear: is always new and cannot be
    returned
  • Shoes: we do not accept returns

For all other items, you can return them and receive store credit to spend within our ecosystem.
What can I do if the size isn't right?

You have the standard 14-day return period from delivery in case of incorrect size or condition indicated on the website.
Is returns free?

Yes, if the error is ours (e.g., wrong item or a problem attributable to us): in this case, we will send you a pre-paid label.
How do you make a garment to get credit?
  1. Go to your Customer Area and request cashback returns.
  2. We'll send you a pre-paid shipping label.
  3. Pack the items: you can use our reusable packaging or any suitable container you find at home.
  4. Drop off at the nearest InPost point.

Once it arrives, we usually check it within 24 hours and immediately upload the credit (notifying you).
How long does the order take to arrive?

On average 3 working days.
Can I also sell clothes I didn't buy on Rendi?

Certainly, but the valuation is done ad hoc (it's not 25% of what you paid).
